  1. I miss you guys like crazy!! Carla, the sweater turned out great!

  2. Wonderful pictures!! I'd love to bundle up like Emily some mornings. :)

  3. great job on the sweater!

love this post and all the pictures!

  4. Awww, my sweet S looks so grown up! Give him and A big hugs for me!! Love seeing all the pics! :-)

  5. How satisfying to see all of these photos, Carla. As always, thank you for taking the time to blog!

Your first knitting project is IMPRESSIVE, and L. models it very well. :) Congratulations on the completion of the sweater. I think that is the hardest part of knitting something like that!

It is a joy to see all the children singly and together. L. looks older and seems to be getting around well. I love the picture of the children on the hammock. It is interesting to see the newest in your care filling in the places that were left empty by your first charges! I do wonder how A & K and how little Carla (Abby) are getting along. Have you seen them since they went to their new homes?

It looks very light where you have your dining table. I showed Aunt Ruthie some of our Bolivia pictures, and the videos of your house turned out quite well. It would be fun to see it all furnished.

Much love and joy to you all,
